Let me tell you about myself
Hello, and welcome!
I’m Sarah Thackray, a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and Director of Tell Me What You Know Speech Pathology.
I am based in the southern Brisbane suburb of Calamvale and as an Education Specialist, I support school-aged children to communicate and thrive. For the past 25 years, I have worked in schools as both a teacher, and a speech-language pathologist. I am passionate about helping children to communicate with confidence and have the best opportunity to learn, engage with others and be the best they can.
I have a unique perspective on speech-language therapy through my experience in Education. I understand how communication challenges impact a child’s learning, confidence, and social interactions in the classroom, at home and in the community.
I work closely with families and children to provide engaging, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to their child's unique learning strengths and needs.
